Well, probably a feature article about the 1966 Batman TV series. This is an issue of (weekly) “Shonen King” magazine (#36/1966), a manga anthology magazine. Googling yields that this magazine ran from (at least) the 60s into the 80s and featured manga by creators such as Tezuka (Astro Boy, Buddha) and Ishinomori (Cyborg 009).

Posted too early: it’s not for a feature article, but a manga adaptation of the 1966 Batman series. IMDB ( http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1523872/bio ) says that artist Jiro Kuwata created a Batman manga that started in June 1966 in “Shonen King” magazine. Since the cover is from September of the same year, it’s probably for this series.
