EW.com’s Toy Fair previews
Toy Fair is almost upon us, and we will be out hitting the streets to bring you all the PVC and animatronic chimpnewws that you need, but in the meantime, EW.com has a groovy slideshow preview, including Marvel’s (?) Madman figure.

Madman is owned by creator/writer/artist/all-around-good-guy Mike Allred, and was previously published (largely) by Dark Horse. Image is re-issuing all of Madman’s previous adventures in one huge hardcover volume MADMAN GARGANTUA this month, and then following it up with a brand new series. Ginchy!

That is indeed a Marvel figure for Madman, as in Marvel Toys, the company that used to be Toy Biz. They’re doing the Legendary Comic Book Heroes line, of which Madman is a part.
