					<description>LOC also owns the artwork of a complete issue of a bicentennial Captain America issue. Of course, there are many comicstrips in the collection as well.  And don't forget that they recieve every title registered for copyright. (However, they don't keep everything, and some items get stolen. Still... )</description>
