I had the good fortune of working for Steve when Acclaim Comics launched it's Valiant Heroes line. I got hired on as 1 of 7 sales reps and my trial by fire was the SD Comic Con. Steve took me around to every vendor booth and introduced me. the respect that flowed back to him and from him was amazing. I have many other fond memories working for him and wil remember him always.

Steve was an amazing person, a gifted Attorney, talented businessman, creative thinker and doer and an amazing listener, a wonderful friend and caring and devoted family member. Having known Steve for over 25 years I can honestly say he is the only friend I never had a cross word with. Not one. That alone is a big statement for all who have known either of us.

Steve will be sorely missed in this man's life.

Steve was such a good listener. Such a rare gift these days. He listened carefully thought through what you said and came up with a reply only the way Steve could say it! He will be greatly missed!

Steve was a fine, fair, terrific lawyer and friend. I have wonderful memories of his clear, cogent and caring council.
He will be missed.
