    Um, that looks nice and all, but wasn’t that a Far Side cartoon?

    (That said, I could see someone independently coming up with that too.)

    I’m pretty sure Gary Larson made this comic decades ago.
    But sequels and remakes are all the rage these days. I hear Drilon ret-conned the story so it turns out that the squid was never married and the cat still has all 9 of its lives left.
