You get the feeling that the judges felt grudgingly obligated to pick some of that manga stuff so they just threw a dart at a stack of old Previews. That’s the only way you could manage to miss all the good stuff. David Welsh is aghast, and his commenters agree, at Precocious Curmudgeon.
