					<description>I'd be very surprised if this had any serious effect on the release of the film.  The point of getting an injunction is to force Warners to agree terms with them before the film is released, with Fox in a strong negotiating position - rather than have to sue for an account of profits after the movie comes out.  Fox wouldn't be going to all this trouble to establish their rights to the film, unless they intended it to come out.</description>
