Apple has chosen IDW’s Transformers comic as a top app for the day. A check of the iTunes store’s book ranking shows that Transformers-related material is doing quite well.

    Well … Transformers has always been more “media” than mere comic books. Naturally, many people will read it like this because the people reading it probably aren’t comic fans. They’ll read it once, and forget all about it, much like when they watch the cartoons or movies.
