Best Wishes to Richard Thompson
Richard Thompson, a guest at next week’s SDCC, and creator of Cul de Sac, one of the finest comic strips currently running, has announced he has Parkinson’s disease. Let’s all send him some good thoughts, okay?

I met Mr. Thompson at this years comic con and couldn’t have asked for a more friendly introduction. He took the time not only to sign and draw a picture for me, but also to speak to me for what seemed 10 minutes. A fan couldn’t ask for a more personal experience. My wishes for good health and many more years of creativity go out to the best cartoonist working today.
